Empowering Lives with Compassion

Greetings!

As a compassionate coach, my mission is to empower individuals facing setbacks. I create a safe space where they discover their inner strength, cultivate resilience, and embrace a life filled with happiness and purpose,

I have been on a transformation journey for over thirty-five years, immersing myself in the rich tapestry of spirituality and seeking wisdom, healing, and connection.

My path began when I left my family and my country of birth behind in 1977. The journey led me to seek a new life. From those early days of uncertainty to the present moment, my life has been a testament to resilience, hope, and the power of the human spirit.

Along the way, I immersed myself in a quest for meaning and understanding. I encountered faces like Joseph Campbell, a mythology scholar, and heard his message of “Follow your bliss” in my early days of self-discovery. He believed that by pursuing what truly lights up our souls, we align with our purpose and create a life that resonates with joy and fulfillment. That message ignited a fierce desire to face life challenges by empowering myself and finding bliss in every situation to create my reality intentionally. Today, I am living a blissful life.

Later on, I came across the teaching of Joel Goldsmith, a spiritual teacher who emphasizes the power of consciousness and inner well-being. His teachings profoundly impacted my perspective on my cancer diagnosis 21 years ago. His wisdom shifted my focus from fear to seeking a sense of well-being. By embracing this mindset, I not only survived but thrived beyond cancer and started a non-profit organization to help women empower themselves by developing the power of resilience and empathy when facing the impact of their disease. Now, I can guide others who are facing incurable diseases by utilizing my experience and power of compassion.

Despite facing the pain of divorce and the challenges of life, I continued my journey, seeking relief and support in studying the life of those like Jesus, Mother Theresa, and Gandhi. Those stories taught me resilience, kindness, and determination, shaping my understanding of empathy and compassion as a coach.

However, a profound shift occurred in 2014 with the introduction of Non-duality and Advaita Vedanta. The transformative teachings of Buddhism and Christianity taught me the wisdom of living a life with clarity and effortlessly. I came across the philosophy of oneness and non-separation, which revealed the unity of existence. This timeless wisdom resonated deeply with me, offering a profound perspective on the nature of reality, presence, unity of existence, and consciousness.

Throughout the years, I explored deeper into spirituality by practicing mindfulness and meditation regularly. My spiritual journey unfolded through mindfulness and meditation. From my first Vipassana retreat to embracing Eastern philosophy, I discovered the magic of living in the present—a path to peace and happiness.

Today, as a compassionate coach, I am dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges and setbacks. Whether you’re grappling with a broken heart, battling illness, or facing loss, know that you’re not alone. We can transform adversity into growth, healing, and self-discovery opportunities.

Let’s embark on this transformative path toward greater clarity, peace, and fulfillment—a life that resonates with authenticity and meaning. I am here to guide and empower you to live a happy and peaceful life.

 My Approach

  1. Understanding Your Unique Path

Life is not a one-size-fits-all journey. I take the time to truly listen to your story, understanding your challenges, fears, and aspirations. Your experiences matter, and I honor them.

  1. Cultivating Self-Compassion

Self-compassion is the cornerstone of personal growth. Together, we’ll explore self-acceptance, forgiveness, and resilience. You are not alone; I am here to walk beside you.

  1. Embracing Vulnerability

Being vulnerable takes courage. As your coach, I encourage you to lean into vulnerability—to share the pain of your loss, fears, and dreams. It’s in these moments that transformation occurs.
